When Should I Choose MOP Over SOP?
Unlike standard urea, MOP 0:0:60 resists leaching so there is no loss of nitrogen. The ammoniacal nitrogen dissolves slowly, feeding the plant over a longer period, and the added sulfur helps the plant utilize that nitrogen more effectively.
