Neem Oil is a concentrated liquid that must be emulsified and diluted with water for optimal foliar coverage. For maximum protective coverage and pest eradication, apply Neem Oil using these simple steps:

Since oil and water do not mix naturally, first mix the recommended dose of Neem Oil (typically 3 to 5 ml per liter) with a mild organic emulsifier or liquid soap (1-2 ml) in a small amount of water. Stir well until the mixture turns milky white.

How does Neem Oil kill pests?
Neem Oil doesn't typically kill insects instantly on contact like chemical poisons. Instead, its active ingredient (Azadirachtin) stops pests from eating, disrupts their mating, and prevents their larvae from maturing, effectively crashing the pest population.
Will it harm my honeybees or ladybugs?
No. Neem Oil must be ingested by the pests feeding on the plant leaves. Since bees, ladybugs, and other beneficial predators do not chew on the plant tissue, they are generally unharmed, especially when sprayed early morning or late evening when they are not actively foraging.
Can I mix Neem Oil with other chemical fertilizers or pesticides?
While it is compatible with many products, we recommend avoiding mixing it with highly alkaline solutions like copper or sulfur-based fungicides, as this can reduce its effectiveness. Always perform a small jar test first.
Is it safe to use right up to harvest?
