Method and Quantity of Use

Rhizo is highly effective when used primarily as a direct seed treatment just before sowing.

Seed Treatment (Recommended)

Mix 200 to 250 grams of Rhizo powder with a 10% cooled jaggery (gur) solution to create a sticky slurry. Thoroughly coat 10 to 12 kg of seeds with this mixture. Dry the coated seeds in the shade for 30–45 minutes before planting.

Rhizo FAQs

Why is Rhizo only used for leguminous crops?
Rhizobium bacteria require a highly specific symbiotic relationship to survive and work. They can only attach to and form nitrogen-fixing nodules on the roots of legumes (plants that bear their seeds in pods, like peas and beans).
Can I mix Rhizo with my chemical seed treatments?
Because this product contains live, beneficial bacteria, mixing it directly with harsh chemical fungicides or pesticides will kill the microbes. If chemical treatment is necessary, treat the seeds with the chemicals first, let them dry completely, and apply the Rhizo bio-fertilizer right before sowing.
How does it save me money on fertilizers?
By capturing free nitrogen directly from the air, Rhizo naturally supplies up to 30-40 kg of usable nitrogen per hectare. This means you can significantly reduce the amount of expensive synthetic urea you need to buy and apply to your fields.
